Emergency dental treatment

If you require urgent or emergency treatment on a normal business day please try and contact the reception staff before 10 am to allow us the maximum flexibility in arranging an appointment for you.

Appointments are usually necessary as most of our time during the day is fully committed to patient care already. We do leave some times free for emergencies during the day but these times can and do vary. We also need to arrange to have time to see you without unduly disrupting the patients we already have booked in.

If you require emergency advice or treatment out of hours such as overnight, over a weekend or on a public holiday please phone 03001115717. This will connect to Wiltshire Medical Services who have been contracted by Witshire Primary Care Trust to supply out of hours dental advice and treatment. Treatment is usually provided at the Dental Access Centre in Chippenham, which is located adjacent to Rowden Hill Hospital.

If we are closed during business hours then we will provide a contact number on our answering machine, where you can also leave messages for our staff when we are next open.

There is not usually a charge for telephone advice.

Please note we do not normally check the answerphone at night or over the weekend - this is why we provide a mobile telephone number for you to call.
