Appointments can be made at the surgery or by telephone when we are open.
We check for e-mail during the day and messages can also be left on our answerphone at night.

We are experimenting with using MS messenger - be gentle with the ataff as they are not teenagers...

The fax machine is not usually on, however, the answering machine will receive faxes when it is in operation overnight on 01666 822220.

Our receptionists are normally available from 8.45 am to 1 pm and 1.45 pm to 5.15 pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
On Wednesday and Friday the practice is open from 8.45 to 5.15.
We sometimes closes early if no dentist is available.

Appointments are usually necessary as our time is fully committed to patient care.
We do leave some time free for emergencies during the day but these times can and do vary.
It allows us maximum flexibility in offering you an appointment if you call before 10 am.
Please bear in mind that the first and last hours of the day are by far the most popular and have often been booked weeks or even months in advance.

Our dentists are usually present every weekday.
At present we do not work on weekends but Mr. Morden & McNulty have appointments available until 6.45 pm on Thursdays.
We reserve the right to charge for failed appointments or those that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
A charge is made if a hygienist appointment is cancelled after 10am on the day of the appointment or if it is failed.
