The Barley Mow offers several different schemes to help with the extra cost of private dental treatment and any unexpected costs from trauma or unexpected problems, both at home or away.

The Maintenance schemes allow you to budget for the routine examinations, x-rays and hygiene visits, which is all the majority of our patients ever need, while also providing insurance cover in case of emergencies.

If no other treatment is required then no further payment will be necessary - what could be simpler?

Fees are usually collected by direct debit, but can be paid annually or quarterly if you wish. The prices below are applicable until April 2008

MAINTENANCE CARE [ £8.69 / month ]

Two detailed examinations a year with routine cleaning as required ( not hygienist)
All necessary dietary and oral hygiene instruction included
All necessary radiographs ( x-rays)
Prescriptions and emergency in hours consultations and dressings
Emergency out-of-hours cover (15 pound excess) UK & worldwide emergency cover
Dental trauma insurance cover
10% discount off routine treatment

MAINTENANCE PLUS [ £14.15 / month ]

This plan offers all of the above benefits of maintenance care plus two hygienist appointments annually.

It is ideal for those patients needing moderate levels of hygiene maintenance.

MAINTENANCE SUPER [ £19 / month ]

This plan offers all of the above benefits of maintenance care plus four hygienist appointments annually.

It is ideal for those patients needing high levels of hygiene maintenance.

COMPREHENSIVE PLAN [ £15 to 35 /month ]

All Maintenance Care benefits plus

• All routine fillings in either white or silver
  Extractions
  Root fillings
  Crown & bridgework*
  Dentures*
• An initial assessment is required to assess the monthly fee to cover the potential restorative needs of your teeth.
  Comprehensive care covers all of your dental costs except for laboratory fees and outside referrals.
