  • Brush your teeth twice a day for two minutes with fluoride tooth paste
    There are 1,440 minutes in the day. So when you put it like that, four minutes out of your day to brush your teeth doesn’t sound like too much to ask for!

  • Cut Down on sugary foods and drinks
    Cheese, breadsticks, nuts and raw vegetables are great alternatives for teeth.

  • Visit the dentist regularly

  • Stop Smoking
    Smoking is not cool, and is really bad for oral health. It can cause gum disease, tooth decay, and it happens to be the largest contributing risk factor behind mouth cancer.
