Appointments can be made at the surgery or by telephone when we are open.
We check for e-mail regularly during the day and messages can also be left on our answerphone at night.
Very recently we have added the ability to book appointments online.
This can be for a new patient, for recall appointments ( via the link in your emails or texts) or for simple checkups andf hygiene appointments.
There is also a facility to book NHS appointments for children.
You should receive a confirmation on the webpage and via email or SMS - if not please contact us to confirm the appointment.
Appointments are usually necessary as our time is fully committed to patient care.
We do leave some time free for emergencies during the day but these times can and do vary. It allows us maximum flexibility in offering you an appointment if you call before 10 am.
Please bear in mind that the beginning and end of the day are by far the most popular and have often been booked weeks or even months in advance.
Our dentists are usually present every weekday.
At present we do not work on weekends but Mr. Morden and McNulty have appointments available until 6.30 pm on Thursdays.
We reserve the right to charge for failed appointments or those that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
A charge will be made if a hygienist appointment is cancelled after 10am on the day of the appointment or if it is failed.
